GFI DNA Collection Kit Instructions | How To Order a DNA Test

Contents of the GFI DNA Collection Kit

For each participant, you will receive:
Instructional Pamphlet: Step-by-step guide to collecting the DNA samples.
Cotton Swab(s): Standard cotton-tipped swab used inside the cheek.
Sample Envelope: Shown above. For each sample, place the used cotton swab into the envelope and complete the details.
Mailing Envelope: Optional. If return shipping was selected at checkout, place all sample envelopes in the mailing envelope and drop off at a Fed Ex location.

All GFI Collection Kits require a form of shipping. All kits are shipped via USPS or Fedex.
Standard ($FREE US / $75 INT'L): Expected delivery time of 5-7 business days.
Express ($25 US / NA INT'L): Expected delivery time of 2-3 business days.
Express + Return ($50 US / NA INT'L): Combine Express Shipping with a Return Express Shipping Envelope.
