Why Add or Replace to a DNA Test?

In rare instances, some samples may result in weak or inconclusive results. Rather than order a new test, our laboratory can take another sample and test it against the original results. You only pay for the sample itself.

Requirements for this DNA Test

To Replace or Add to an existing DNA Test, please provide:

  • The Order ID of the previous case.
  • The Password of the previous case.
  • The AccuPlex DNA of the previous case.
